Breakfast in Bed: This photo captures a breakfast-in-bed setup I designed to evoke warmth, comfort, and a touch of elegance. The plate features a thoughtfully arranged breakfast—golden toast topped with melted cheese, a perfectly cooked egg, and a vibrant cherry tomato garnish. The sunflowers in the background add a cheerful pop of color, enhanced by the natural light that softly illuminates the scene. Every element was styled to create a relaxing, inviting atmosphere, making this image not just a meal, but an experience. This composition demonstrates my attention to detail and my ability to create inviting, visually compelling setups.
I unveil a series of striking illustrations inspired by the thematic and visual elements of the movie "The Queen's Gambit." These artworks delve into the psychological and strategic depths of the narrative, using a chess motif to symbolize the central character’s internal and external battles. The illustrations merge surrealism with strategic motifs, depicting chess pieces and medication in a compelling interplay that reflects the protagonist’s struggles and triumphs.
Each piece is carefully crafted to evoke the intensity of the game of chess as well as the personal challenges faced by the characters. The dynamic compositions and stark monochromatic tones underscore the dramatic tensions of the movie, capturing the essence of its compelling storytelling. Through these visuals, I aim to provide viewers with a deeper appreciation of the film's themes, drawing parallels between the strategic nuances of chess and the complexities of human resilience and vulnerability.
The bag embodies my comprehensive skills in design and craftsmanship. Starting with the initial design, I meticulously patterned and selected yarns to bring the vibrant, textured fabric of the bag to life. I then hand-wove the yarn into the intricate pattern you see, combining hues and textures to create a visually appealing effect. Additionally, I personally designed and crafted the leather elements of the bag, including cutting and attaching the durable leather straps that complement the woven body. This bag not only showcases my ability to blend materials and techniques but also reflects my dedication to creating functional, stylish, and meticulously crafted accessories.
"Tales of Nile" is a jewelry brand born from the cherished stories of my late aunt Nil, whose vibrant tales traveled the world and inspired all who heard them. Each piece showcases my talent in meticulously sewing beads and crafting unique jewelry, with intricate patterns and bold colors that reflect her dynamic personality and the cultural richness of her stories. This collection is a tribute to her spirit, offering wearable art that intertwines my handiwork with the essence of her enduring adventures and narratives. Through these creations, I aim to keep her legacy alive, connecting wearers to the artistry and passion embedded in every piece.
The images, one capturing the wild energy of a mythical horse and another delving into the symbolic depth of 'evil eyes', showcase my technical skill and creative exploration in the medium of gravure.
The first image presents a horse in motion, its mane and tail wildly unfurling, captured with rapid, expressive lines that convey both motion and emotion. This piece is not just an artistic expression but a study in the freedom and power of wild creatures.
The second set of prints focuses on the 'evil eye', a cultural symbol believed to ward off malice. The abstract interpretation in these prints uses stark contrasts and detailed textural effects to evoke a sense of protection and introspection.
I showcase a short film dedicated to exploring Alzheimer's disease, a project that holds special significance for me. Inspired by my time at the hospital, I delved into the social dimensions of Alzheimer's, focusing on the human aspects of the disease rather than just the clinical symptoms. The film seeks to illuminate the struggles of those affected by Alzheimer's, highlighting the confusion and frustration that come with the disease's progression. By featuring the interplay between plaques and tangles in the brain, the narrative brings attention to the current understanding of Alzheimer's, emphasizing the limited effects of existing treatments and the ongoing need for research.
This project was not only a personal exploration but also an attempt to increase awareness and empathy, fostering a deeper social understanding of Alzheimer's disease. Through this film, viewers are invited to witness the emotional and social impact of Alzheimer's, offering a unique perspective on the challenges faced by patients and their families.
Utilizing advanced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology, I developed detailed visual representations of critical data related to the oil and gas industry. These maps include precise locations of pipelines, gas fields, oil fields, and terminals, with all data sourced directly from government and corporate entities within the energy sector.
By embedding ARGIC data into comprehensive map frameworks, I provided stakeholders with valuable insights into geographical and infrastructural dynamics. These maps serve as essential tools for understanding the spatial distribution of resources and infrastructure, aiding decision-making and strategic planning in the oil and gas industry.
Over the years, I've developed a deep understanding and love for this passionate dance, which I'm excited to share with you. Through selected images and videos, I showcase the elegance and emotional depth that tango embodies. My journey in tango is a reflection of my commitment to conveying stories and emotions through dance, illustrating the rich cultural heritage of this art form and my approach to teaching it.

Each segment of the campaign is crafted to inspire young minds to explore science and take meaningful climate actions, making the profound connection between polar survival skills and the global need for ecological conservation.
IRON SKY: For this VFX project, I chose to focus on one of the most impactful speeches of all time: Charlie Chaplin's address from "The Great Dictator." Utilizing my skills in Adobe After Effects, I adopted an old grunge-style approach to visually interpret this profound speech. The goal was to encapsulate the essence of Chaplin's message, blending historical resonance with modern visual effects to create a powerful tribute.
This animation is dedicated to those who lost their lives in war, aiming to honor their memory through the timeless words of Chaplin.
CASE STUDY: NETFLIX
Inspired by the golden age of boxing—when figures like Muhammad Ali brought ritual, respect, and grit to the sport—this design aims to evoke a sense of nostalgia. It transports viewers to an era when boxing wasn’t just a sport but an art form and a theater of physical and emotional endurance.
Through this VFX class project, I’ve reimagined the visuals to celebrate boxing’s old-school spirit, channeling dimly lit rings, flickering shadows, and the raw humanity that made past fights legendary.
Instead of relying on cutting-edge 3D effects, this design embraces analog textures, grainy film overlays, and blood-red typography, creating a timeless, visceral experience. The concept fuses the nostalgic rituals of boxing’s history with the fierce energy of today's fighters, honoring the past while amplifying the charisma of the present-day showdown.

THE NORTH FACE 2024: I crafted a dynamic social media ad for The North Face, blending separate elements—actor, backdrop, and raindrops—into an immersive scene. Each raindrop effect was meticulously created in After Effects, adding a realistic touch without relying on ready-made assets. This custom animation enhances the sense of adventure, making viewers feel like they’re in the elements alongside the explorer.

I took on a leadership role in redesigning the company website from scratch, reimagining the brand’s color palette and visual identity to reflect our mission. My connection with Twin ran deeper than a typical professional relationship. At that point in my life, I felt a calling to leave a lasting impact for future generations, and working with Twin gave me that chance. With each campaign strategy and community initiative, I aimed to create experiences that connected with children directly, often working hands-on with them in the field. We played, learned, and created together, building a brighter tomorrow by keeping the essence of childhood at the heart of our work.
Through this experience, I learned that to make the world brighter, you have to see it through a child’s eyes. Keeping that spirit alive in all we do makes every effort worthwhile, paving the way for a future filled with possibility and joy.

The "H" symbol subtly incorporates a roof-like design with a small heart in the center, symbolizing warmth, home, and a welcoming environment. This design is intended to resonate with students and international residents seeking affordable living solutions in a supportive global community. The tagline, “Affordable Living, Global Community,” highlights the brand's mission to provide accessible, community-driven housing solutions that foster connections and shared growth. The color palette—primarily shades of blue and orange—evokes feelings of trust and optimism, aligning with the brand's commitment to secure and friendly accommodation. This logo is versatile, used across app interfaces, stationary, and digital branding, uniting the identity of HaveInn as a reliable housing platform for students and global citizens alike.
Client: CONTERP BRAZIL
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The logo I designed for Conterp encapsulates the company’s core values and expertise in the energy sector. The shape forms an arrow and a “C,” symbolizing forward progress and anchoring the brand name. Inspired by energy and carbon symbols, the angled structure converges at a central point, representing Conterp’s focus on precision and excellence. The minimalist design, paired with a refined color palette, extends to Conterp’s stationery, reinforcing brand recognition and reflecting their commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainable practices in high-performance onshore and offshore services across Brazil.
MASTER OF FINE ART GRADUATION PROJECT: WE LOVE YOU!
This MFA project of mine addresses the challenges faced by street children, particularly those impacted by migration, poverty, and systemic neglect. Through extensive research, including data from UNICEF, WHO, and the International Labour Organization, the project identifies critical gaps in child welfare systems. To address these gaps, it proposes an innovative digital platform designed to document, analyze, and resolve the issues of street children in real-time. The platform empowers volunteers and citizens to input data about children in need, generating actionable solutions while connecting stakeholders—individuals, NGOs, and authorities—in areas such as education, healthcare, and social protection. The platform bridges the divide between individual action and systemic change by fostering collaboration.
The project embodies a human-centered approach, integrating intuitive design with advanced data visualization and analysis to amplify the visibility of children’s needs. Grounded in the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the system ensures data-driven, child-centric interventions while maintaining privacy and trust. This scalable solution reimagines the role of technology in social innovation, transforming passive observation into meaningful action and contributing to the global discourse on sustainable strategies for supporting vulnerable populations.
Didem has consistently been a wonderful person to work with. In our organisation, she rapidly became an invaluable member of the team and over the years has become a cornerstone of our production department as an extremely reliable, diligent and efficient individual, who was instrumental during high pressure, tight deadlines production cycles. She has delivered very high quality work in both print and digital forms and has been very pleasant, attentive and available at all times. She was exposed to multi-lingual, multicultural environments, while dealing with international clients ranging from local players to global blue-chips and always showed initiative, round-the-clock availability and great technical and artistic skills throughout. We were very fortunate to have her on our team and would highly recommend her to existing and prospective employers.

SELF-MANIFESTO, Protected One
This sculptural piece, exhibited at CERModern during an art affair featuring my university, explores self-protection and the impact of external forces on identity. Constructed from newspaper clay made from my grandfather's leftover magazines, it serves as a statement against the manipulation of information that shapes our future, culture, and values. I crafted the body form from scratch, meticulously pinning each needle by hand to symbolize the negativity and limiting beliefs that society often imposes upon us.
Despite these pressures, the piece invites viewers to find their own beauty and define their identity. It speaks to the resilience within each of us to overcome negativity, forge our own paths, and leave a lasting impact. This artwork is a reminder that we have the power to shape our destiny, regardless of what others may project onto us. It embodies my belief that, by embracing our inner strength, we can create a legacy that transcends limitations and inspires others.
